Point Of Sale
Zliide is a small extension of your POS since now all the customers have a POS on their own device in their pocket.
Zliide also works together with your existing POS, because all the transactions made on Zliide can be funneled into your POS, so you can include them in your daily reports and have them triggle down your different back-office systems. In this way the Zliide transactions will fit into you existing infrastructure, but be a new payment method in your store on the POS overview and in your back-office systems.
This is great because then it is usually very easy for both the retail team, back-office team and accounting team to follow the flow and transactions, since it relies on already existing infrastructure.
We have integrations to the majority of all POS and are constantly adding new POS integrations, so don’t be scared even though you don’t see your POS provider below.
In some cases we are also able to pull the product data directly from the POS, if this is the case then there is only one integration needed.

We often do an integration to the retailers e-commerce system to fetch the product data. This is done through a simple export, import or API depending on the e-commerce system. Where we import the product data into our database in order to be able to show it to the customers, when they are using Zliide to check-out.

If you are using RFID, we have a way to rely on your already existing infrastructure .
Hereby customers can checkout through the EPC QR code(RFID) and when the transaction is made by the customer; the store inventory is updated and the RFID gates knows that the product is allowed to leave the store.
This is a great way of getting even more value from you RFID investment.

All the data collected through Zliide of course needs to be sent into your CDP or CRM. We are working with the majority of all CDP’s and CRM, and have integrations to their API’s.
We batch data together and typically send a batch of customer data and behavior every day to your CDP, so you can utilize it in your different channels.
We also have a manual process of exporting data to your in CSV, JSON or XML format, if you are running on a more simple infrastructure.
PSP and acquiring
We are allowing customer to checkout with a lot of different payment through our modular technology which allows us to integrate with different Payment Service Providers and Acquiring banks. We are compatible to do transactions in the whole world.
