What do I need to have in place to offer Zliide to my customers?
To go live with Zliide, you need to have a product feed with sufficient data to support it. And an e-com that supports shipping to all the countries where you operate stores with Zliide.
Is Zliide also compatible with Android phones?
Yes, the customer experience will be the same on IOS and Android devices.
How is the onboarding?
When everything is in place, we do onboarding of every single store to ensure they get the best start. Further the store has a direct line to our support team, if they ever have any questions.
How much customization can be done on the cards?
You can customize the cards down to the last detail, we often do a design suggestion, but you can also design the cards yourself.
I already have an in-store ordering set-up on Ipad or POS, why Zliide?
Great, but you are probably not seeing the full potential of it, several of our current customer has replaced their old school in-store ordering set-up with Zliide and have seen a drastic increase in orders.
How come customers not have to download an app for this experince?
Building on state of the art technology, we are utilizing the backbone of operating systems to enable an app experience without customers having to download an app.
What payment methods can you use?
We utilize the current payment on your e-com. So all the payment options available there will be available in the store when customers place the order.
How do I see the tracking of the orders?
In order to see where the order originated, you can either utilize the Zliide Commerce tool, or you will with UTM tracking be able to also see it in the e-com. Tracking can be done all the way down to which employee made the sale, because the Cards have unique id’s.
