Can the app-clip and NFC cards be customized?
Yes! You can select the image of the app-clip/instant-app launch screen, and you can customize the cards down to the last detail. Our customer success team will listen to your input, provide examples, and go with the design you prefer and approve.
How come customers don’t have to download an app to use Zliide?
Zliide runs as an ‘app-clip’ on iOS, or as an ‘instant-app’ on Android. These are lightweight versions of an app, designed to be easy to access and fast-loading. Our features are successfully integrated within this infrastructure, allowing customers to use them without going through the friction of downloading a full application.
How does the onboarding process look like?
After the integrations are completed, our customer success team will onboard each of your stores to ensure they get the best start using Zliide. Furthermore, your staff members will have a direct line to our support team, which can be contacted every day of the week, if the need help or just have questions.
Is there a way to track the performance of Zliide in my stores?
Yes! When you launch Zliide, you will get access to the Zliide Commerce tool. The tool allows you to follow the performance and orders from all of the stores, all the way down to tracking which staff member made the sale.
